Chief Executive Officer
Greg McCarthy is the Chief Executive Officer of Key Solutions. He has over 30 years of management, business development, and marketing experience. As CEO, Greg oversees the strategic direction of the firm, company performance, and grows new customer bases. From 2012-2014, he led operations at Key Solutions.
Greg also leads the Key Solutions group specializing in Third Party Performance Assessments. He has interviewed over a thousand government personnel regarding contractor performance across government agencies, giving him “front line” experience in understanding government needs for clients. In 2012 he was honored with Smart CEO Magazine’s Executive Management Award. He has worked in virtually every role of the government bid life cycle. Before joining Key Solutions in 2005, he served as Director of Marketing for Black and Decker.
Chief Financial Officer
Buthe Kelley has over 10 years of experience in the Department of Defense/Intelligence community, with a concentration in Finance & Accounting.
She has experience in Financial reporting, Financial Analysis, Program management and managing day to day financial transactions. Buthe and her team are responsible for managing day to day financial transactions, contracts and risk mitigation, supplier management and financial reporting. Buthe has served in multiple roles during her career overseeing reporting, financial strategy, and program management.
Ashley Kayes, CPP APMP
Director of the KSI Quality and Performance Center of Excellence
As Director of the Quality and Performance Center of Excellence, Ashley leads KSI’s initiative and commitment to delivering the highest quality proposal content and resources, such as the KSI Advantage™ Capture and Proposal Guide, as well as exceptional capture and proposal services.
Ashley has more than fifteen years of proposal development experience and is a Certified Practitioner with the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP). Through her role, she ensures that KSI’s commitment to quality and continuous improvement means that we are always delivering the best services possible for our clients—now and in the future.
Emilie Waickwicz Slager, CF APMP
Director of Professional Services
As Director of Professional Services, Emilie oversees KSI’s consulting offering for the public sector market. She is customer-focused and ensures our services and approach meet the needs of the companies we support.
Emilie has 12 years of experience in proposal development and account management. She ensures that KSI follows a flexible approach incorporating industry best practices, enabling our consultants to step onto a client’s team and process seamlessly. She is committed to delivering services and results that meet our clients’ needs and expectations.
